Return and Refund Policy

1. Nova Golf Club offers a 30-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered. If you need to return or exchange an item, we're happy to help. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will cover only the product cost and applicable taxes.

2. Once we receive your return, please allow 7–10 business days for processing. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot process refunds to any alternative payment method. Exchanges will be processed once your return is received and inspected to confirm it is in its original condition. Standard shipping periods apply for new shipments.


Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition with original packaging and tags. We cannot accept returns for worn, washed, or tagless items. 

Non-returnable items:

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. Returns may also be refused if items show signs of wear, use, or damage not caused during shipping.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
