These terms apply when you use novagolfclub.com or buy from Nova Golf Club (“Nova”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

We make premium Cabretta leather golf gloves in small runs. We show our gloves as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens, and natural leather varies a little from glove to glove. Availability can change at any time: when a colour is gone, it is gone for that run.

Prices and taxes

Prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include tax. Applicable GST or HST is calculated at checkout from your shipping address. Orders shipped to the United States are not charged Canadian tax, but you may owe duties, taxes or fees on import (see our Shipping policy). If a price is shown in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock, a price is wrong or a payment looks fraudulent); if we do, we refund any payment in full.

We accept credit cards (processed by Stripe) and Interac e-Transfer. Orders paid by e-Transfer ship once the payment arrives.

Shipping

We ship within Canada and to the United States. Shipping is free on orders over $75. See our Shipping policy for processing times and details.

Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery as set out in our Returns & refunds policy.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password private and let us know if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Use of the website

All content on this website, including the Nova name and logo, photos and text, belongs to Nova Golf Club or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Please do not misuse the website, for example by trying to break its security or overload it.

Our responsibility

We provide the website and our products in good faith. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province in which Nova Golf Club is based and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
