Nova Golf Club (“Nova”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit novagolfclub.com, shop with us or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect

• Orders: your name, email, phone number (if given), billing and shipping address, the products you buy and your order history.
• Payments: card payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our website. For Interac e-Transfer we receive the sender name and amount from your bank transfer.
• Accounts: if you create an account, your login details and saved addresses.
• Messages: what you send us through our contact form or by email (for example your order number, glove size or social handle).
• Newsletter: your email address if you join our list.
• Technical information: basic data your browser sends (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) and the cookies described below.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your orders, including order and shipping emails.
• To answer your questions and handle returns and exchanges.
• To send our newsletter if you signed up. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep the store secure, prevent fraud and meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with the service providers that help us run the store: our payment processor (Stripe), shipping carriers, our website host, and our email delivery service. They may only use your information to provide their service to us. Some of these providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local law.

Cookies

Our store uses cookies that are needed for it to work: to keep items in your cart, keep you signed in and protect forms from abuse. Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers. We do not currently use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout need them to work.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for customer support, returns and our tax and accounting obligations. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to help you.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and a payment processor that handles card data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
